City Lights

I'm finally working on a project that I can share!  It's so hard to work on projects that are gifts because I can't share the journey with you while I make it.  I can't share it until the gift has been given!  

This is a quilt that my friend Terri has asked to piece for one of her customers.  It is called City Lights from the book City Quilts by Cherri House.  

The original quilt has a black background with pastels.  I like the color palate the customer has chosen.  They had started cutting out the dark brown background pieces, so I just had to finish cutting all the pieces and put them together.

Block 1 done, 26 more to go!!
